Refunds and returns

I'm sure you'll love the item, but if, for reasonable reasons, you wish to return it, you must send it back no later than 15 days after receiving it. You will be refunded the full amount as soon as I receive the item. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We firmly believe that every purchase should be made with awareness, especially when it comes to handcrafted products, which require time and care. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and if you need to return an item, we're committed to doing everything we can to help.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item appears defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as personalized or made-to-order products. Please contact us if you have specific questions about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The easiest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a voucher will be issued for the value of your purchase, which you can use towards a new item.

European Union 14 Day Withdrawal Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As indicated, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at fafikiofficial@gmail.com .
