How to make a return

General information

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product .

  • Products must be in original condition , complete with packaging and accessories, without being damaged or worn.

  • Fill out the return form below.

  • The refund includes the full cost of the product , excluding shipping costs.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the package and product comply with the above rules. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping.

Return procedure

  1. Fill out the return form and indicate the reason.

  2. Send the form to info@fafiki.com .

  3. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours with shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the product intact and in its original packaging , with accessories included.

  5. Once the return has been verified, we will refund the amount spent, excluding shipping costs.
